Usually 4 people can be advised per consultation hours. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee a consultation despite being present at 3:00 pm.

Consultation hours start at 4 pm and end at 7 pm every tuesday.
 

Translators for Arabic are usually present. If other languages are required, we ask the advice seekers to be accompanied by their own language interpreter or to tell us by e-mail (beratung[at]rlcjena.de) one week in advance with a message indicating what language a language interpreter is needed for.
